21+ Years of Experience A strategic turning point arrived in 2001 with the appointment of our main promoter, Mr. Arvindkumar Kakadia (Pintu Patel) — son of founder Jadavjibhai Devrajbhai Kakadia—as Managing Director. Under his visionary leadership, the firm shifted its focus toward high-yield oil and vegetable seeds, including groundnut, sesame, wheat, and gram seeds. Leveraging this expanded portfolio, the company established a robust marketing network across Gujarat, culminating in the launch of our flagship brand, "Bombay Super" in 2005. The brand rapidly expanded its footprint across seven major agricultural states.

2014
The partnership firm was converted into Private Limited company as Bombay Super Hybrid Seeds Pvt. Ltd., with the existing partners continuing as the promoters and directors of the company, ensuring continuity in leadership and business operations.
2017
The company was further restructured from a private limited company into a limited company, enhancing its organizational structure and preparing for broader capital market participation.
2018
The company successfully completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO) and was listed on the National Stock Exchange of India, marking a significant milestone in its corporate journey and providing access to public capital markets.
2026
The company successfully listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 12, 2026, marking a significant milestone and completing its dual listing on both major national stock exchanges.
